Step 3:
Watch for instructions to be sent via email and become familiar with set-up, operation & cleaning, pick-up, and return procedures.

Step 4:
Pay in full before picking up your machine. Use 1 of 3 convenient ways to pay:

Step 5:
Pick up your rental at the specified date and time at the address provided. REMEMBER these important facts when picking up:

the soft-serve machine is industrial strength and weighs between 95-135 pounds. Make sure you have help to lift it.

the soft-serve machine must stand upright at all times.

the soft-serve machine needs enough space to travel. Please make sure your vehicle has a space that can accommodate 34" high x 27" deep x 10" wide.

Step 6:
Set up and operate the machine, then party and enjoy soft-serve ice cream!

Step 7:
Follow instructions to properly clean the machine then return it at the specified date and time to avoid additional charges.
